Welcome to another week of dieting guys

Rightio everyone, although a few of us may have holidays to lose weight for, it is also less than 13 weeks till Christmas, so that means that there may only be 10 or 11 weeks till you girls need to slip into that Little Black Dress or you lads want to buckle your belt tighter by another notch for that works Christmas Party :santa:

If you've been having a hard time getting into the swing of dieting, then let today be the start of your Christmas weight loss, there's a very good chance that you could lose 1/2 a stone in 10 weeks, and we'll all be here to support you

:yay: Well done to everyone who lost or STS last week, keep up the good work .. ::yes::

:wizard: .. and Good Luck to everyone for your weigh-ins this week :wizard:

Good luck to everyone for the coming week, and well done all those that lost and stayed the same last week.

Ive had a great week and lost another 4lb, Im thrilled to bits as thats 10lbs in 3 weeks. Im putting it down to not only cutting out most carbs, and keeping to a low fat diet, but also doing the garden and dancing to Zumba, which I have been doing at home, but Im actually going to my first Zumba dance class tonight.:goodvibes

Good luck everyone:goodvibes

Well its another STS for me again -but at least is not a gain :rotfl: (especially after this last weekend :sad2: )

I am however FEELING trimmer (my tighter clothes are a bit looser!) and I am still in the gym as often as possible.

I think I have to come to terms with that this is the weight I am meant to be :confused3 because it doesnt seem to matter how good or not good I am I have been this weight for the last 4 years.
My focus will be on eating better and toning up in the gym.

Good luck to you all this wek. :thumbsup2

Well done Katie, you are putting me to shame with your exercise regime:rolleyes1

I have lost 2lbs at my wi tonight, quite pleased as I had a 3 course meal at the Harvester on Monday night:thumbsup2

went to my first weigh in at ww last night and was a little disappointed as i only lost 3 1/2lbs, i was expecting a bit more to be honest! but as my ww leader rightly said- chin up, its a quarter of a stone! she's right i should be happy with that loss!!
will catch up with this thread on how everybody's doing later as im off to work now :headache:

Netty - 31/2 Lb in a week is fab - its taken me over a month to lose that month :rotfl:

But i am pleased to say that following my earlier STS this week I had a sneaky jump on the scales this morning and have lost 2Lb :cool1::cool1:

Only 2Lb more this week and i'm at just where I want to be!!! :dance3:

Thank you - but really its easy. You have to make yourself go the first week, but after that its easy all the way - its addictive! I always try to go before work - supposed to start at 8am but we are lucky to be fexible. I can never guarantee getting off on time so going after work is no option really. If I dont go for a couple of days I feel bad! Even if you can manage half hour 3 times a week its good for you (and it means i can eat cake too!) :thumbsup2

2Lb is a good loss - one naughty night wont hurt you as long as its only 1. Keep up the good work :thumbsup2

:yay: 3 1/2lbs is a great loss Jeanette, well done. Are you finding WW easy to follow ?

yes ww is easy enough to follow, but as i've been doing quite alot of split shifts over the past week and more in the next few weeks, I'm trying very hard not to just pick up anything to eat from the fridge when i get home, so now i'm buying ww meals i can bung one of them in the microwave when i get in at night, not great tasting but stops me impulse eating when i walk in

Although I have been good all week, up until yesterday I had STS, but thankfully when I weighed in this morning I had ..

 .. lost 1 lb

I think I would've been gutted if I had been so good all week and hadn't lost anything, so I'm very pleased ::yes::
