It's been a while since I have checked in but I have continued to be good and doing a good job of maintaining. Updated my ticker as I seem to have been maintaining 1lb less. Woohoo for me.

How's everyone's exercise going ? Are you still going to the gym, running, going zumba etc ? Surprisingly I haven't lost any interest in my zumba classes and now the kids are back at school I have at least 3 classes to go to every week right through to the school summer holidays :)

well i managed to gain 3lbs at last mondays weigh in after a indulgent few days so was dreading this weeks weigh in but it was 2lb off so back to 17lb left to loose to get to goal... roll on next weeks weigh in!!! good luck to everyone else for this weeks weigh ins!

Well I had my second week slimming world weigh-in tonight........hhhhmmmmm. 1/2 lb last week & 1/2 lb this week :sick:

I am sooooooo disappointed as had worked very hard his week & despite a couple of naughty meals I was still well under my "syns" for the week. (I used max 40 out of 70!!!)

It doesn't seem to matter what I do (apart from spending ages in the gym) & whether I eat fruit & veg or omelette & chips & wine I am just staying the same :headache:

Everyone else seems to lose 1-2 lb a week!!!!

I don't have loads to lose & I knew it would be a slow process.
I said I would stick at it for the month but to be honest I am very disheartened :confused: and really don't know whether I can stick at it. I feel like crying having worked Soo hard - I have
weighed & measured everything,
not snacked or had chocolate OR wine!!!

Aaaarrrrrgggggghhhhhh

Well, having not been to WW for 3 weeks, having a few meals out and a short holiday and generally losing the plot - I have managed to put on 5 lbs!!

So what did I do on the way home? No, I didn't shop for healthy food, I ate a whole box of WW chocolate bars (that's 5 bars!!!!).

Still, tomorrow is another day.

Keep your fingers crossed for me getting back on track.

I've just weighed myself and I have lost a pound :yay: which I'm really chuffed about as although I have done an extra zumba class this week, I don't seem to be able to step away from Milky Ways (tut, tut) :rolleyes1

Didn't post last week, but lost 2lb lat week and another 2lb this week so 27lbs in total so far.

I have 11 weeks to go :eek:so fingers crossed i'm hoping to get most of the way to my original target

I need to lose 2stone and am hoping to do as much of that as possible before I go away which is very quickly coming up now. :scared1::cheer2:

So I've brought my Shape Ups yesterday(plan on wearing them to and from work + for walks) also started Zumba last week.

Not on any particular plan just hoping to cut out rubbish, eat healthier and less and exercise lots!

I love it, and I can honestly say it has helped me so much this year, it's the best thing I've done to help keep the weight off and for toning up :wizard: Good luck
