Well I had my second week slimming world weigh-in tonight........hhhhmmmmm. 1/2 lb last week & 1/2 lb this week
I am sooooooo disappointed as had worked very hard his week & despite a couple of naughty meals I was still well under my "syns" for the week. (I used max 40 out of 70!!!)
It doesn't seem to matter what I do (apart from spending ages in the gym) & whether I eat fruit & veg or omelette & chips & wine I am just staying the same
Everyone else seems to lose 1-2 lb a week!!!!
I don't have loads to lose & I knew it would be a slow process.
I said I would stick at it for the month but to be honest I am very disheartened

and really don't know whether I can stick at it. I feel like crying having worked Soo hard - I have
weighed & measured everything,
not snacked or had chocolate OR wine!!!
Aaaarrrrrgggggghhhhhh
