I've just weighed in and I have lost 1lb
I haven't been very good this week, but I did a very good work out at zumba last night
With only 7 weeks to my holiday I am hoping to make an extra effort to lose another pound or so
Well done to everyone who has lost or STS over the last week

Well done Rachel, keep up the good work hun, you're doing so well 

. Anyway will make regular visits now as determined to get another 10 off. Oh iv found a zumba class locally. Hv u guys found it helps with toning up? Is it best to go twice a week?

Well done on losing all that weight before your holiday to Turkey and only gaining 2lbs (I'm very impressed
......I was trying to give up wheat, dairy and fizzy drinks. I only started Monday and by last night I felt terrible and was in bed by 7.30pm. I got up with a head ache and was still shattered at 8am this morning....by lunch time I thought my head was going to explode and gave in to the diet coke
