DIS DIETERS THREAD ~ July '11

I've just weighed in and I have lost 1lb :yay: I haven't been very good this week, but I did a very good work out at zumba last night ::yes:: With only 7 weeks to my holiday I am hoping to make an extra effort to lose another pound or so

I have lost 2lb this week, so I have reached my half way point of my ultimate goal..only another 18 lbs to go :thumbsup2

Really pleased - still have a long way to go but I know it will be slower from here on in.

I've stayed the same over the last month......not what I wanted but at least I haven't put on....

With just over 2 months till Disney and my holiday clothes still being two sizes too small, I need to give myself a huge kick up the bum:rolleyes1

So....I was up early this morning to do my Davina DVD and tomorrow I'm getting up early for a kettle weights class at 6.30 then Zumba tomorow night.....I have to get into my holiday clothes DH won't let me buy anymore:rolleyes1

Any tips or advice would be greatly accepted:woohoo:

So sorry guys but had a relapse so been off the diet whilst doin exams interview etc BUT becus of all the stress iv actually lost 10lb the last 3 weeks. Im one of those ones tht doesnt eat when stressed. Not good to do it tht way but hey my size 16 guess jeans now fit . Hvnt had them on since last flirida hols:lmao:. Anyway will make regular visits now as determined to get another 10 off. Oh iv found a zumba class locally. Hv u guys found it helps with toning up? Is it best to go twice a week?

I've just weighed in and I have STS. Tonight is the last time I'll be doing 4 lots of zumba in one week, and over the next 4 weeks our instuctor will only be taking 2 classes as she gets married and takes her honeymoon, though thankfully she has sorted out cover while she is away :)

Sorry I'm late checking in had a bit of a traumatic and busy two weeks. I am quite happy to say that during the two weeks I have stayed the same as I have had quite a few meals out and been unable to do any exercise other than walking due to hurting my back.

Now just need to get back into the swing of my diet before I go away.

Sorry I'm late checking in had a bit of a traumatic and busy two weeks. I am quite happy to say that during the two weeks I have stayed the same as I have had quite a few meals out and been unable to do any exercise other than walking due to hurting my back.

Now just need to get back into the swing of my diet before I go away.

I did it for 5 weeks, losing 13lb over the course of those, and then took a 2 week holiday to Turkey with my DBF, where I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, since it was a holiday and all :thumbsup2 I only gained 2lb (thank goodness!:laughing:).

So i've been back a week, and had my WI today, and have lost 3lb this week, so that's exactly 1 stone overall :woohoo: You can actually see the difference and i'm feeling a bit more confident about that bikini now! :cloud9:

I'm off to the World 3 weeks today (:yay:) and hoping to shift another 6lb before then, as then I will have lost 10% of my body weight :scared1:

I'm going to kettlebells in the morning....yes back to the 6.30am class:scared1:
I've been trying to do a detox and failed:rotfl:......I was trying to give up wheat, dairy and fizzy drinks. I only started Monday and by last night I felt terrible and was in bed by 7.30pm. I got up with a head ache and was still shattered at 8am this morning....by lunch time I thought my head was going to explode and gave in to the diet coke:rolleyes1....I felt a bit better but still was shattered so I had pasta for me tea.....I don't think I will try a detox again:rotfl2:

So fingers crossed for a weight loss tomorow.....less than 2 months...still need to lose 2inches from my waist:scared1:

Well done on your early morning exercise Sam, but those detox effects sound awful :wizard: Good luck with your weigh-in and for reaching your target too
