It's Monday again, and time for another week of dieting
Christmas is creeping up on us and I'd just like to lose a few more pounds just so I can have a total blow out on the big day 
Well done to everyone who lost of STS last week
Hugs to anyone who may have put on, and really can't get into the swing of dieting with it being so cold (I totally understand, it's hard to see any changes when you're having to wear big warm clothes and jeans)
I hope you get back on track soon

And Good Luck to us all with our weigh-ins this week

...this might be a tall order....but if i don't try I will regret it......anyway, i'm not doing too well....I keep eating rubbish and I can't even get to WW this week because I'm working late........

For those that are struggling or gained just keep at it as you will get there, one bad day does not need to be one bad week. It is hard but "just keep swimming"
....er I mean slimming. 
I had been doing so well, and I do get very annoyed with myself when I give up. Ive lost a total of 1 stone and 1lb, but my motivation has gone.
