Greeting DISDieters!!!

After two weeks of off-diet indulgence, I'm back and ready to undo the damage cruise food and cocktails can wreak on this weak 45 year old!!!
I weighed myself this morning and the scales say I've gained 5lbs

- needless to say I shall be attempting to shift that and much, much more over the next few months... Went back to the gym this morning and had an hour of personal training PLUS I've signed up for a Thai Boxing course that starts in October - always wanted to have a go, so looking forward to that...
