Good Morning all, i hope August finally brings us some summer :cool1:

Well done to all those who lost in July, keep up the good work !

Good luck for August :wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard:

Ps, Joh will update the spreadsheet later ( i forgot to ask her yesterday :rotfl:)

Sorry, I was completely unprepared (again) today - will update later :)

Good luck everyone for this month, I suspect it's going to be a tough month for a lot of us. I know I'm going to struggle as I've got lots on socially :sad2:

morning guys
would it be ok if i joined again? i totaly fell off the diet wagon a few months back:guilty: and have gained lots of weight:eek:

but enough is enough and im going to lose the weight this time, i feel that i really need to do this now as i turn 40 next summer and i really need to get my weight under control before then as they say "i dont want to be fat and 40" we have also booked to go to disney for my 40th so i have things to aim for plus the health benifits.

good luck to everyone for this week

take care
kellie

I witnessed a miracle this morning, I stepped on the scales fully expecting to have gained weight to find i'd lost 2lbs! Miracles can happy :wizard:

Welcome back Kellie, hopefully you are in the right frame of mind now and good luck. Do you have a target as to how much you want to lose?

Woohoo, well done Claire :)

:wizard::wizard: Good Luck this month everyone :wizard::wizard:

I'll be back with you on the 24th with no doubt the task of trying to lose 9lbs holiday weight before the Girly Weekend less than 2 weeks later :rotfl2:

Have a good month everyone :thumbsup2

Well I am back on the diet waggon after falling off it in a big way during July - although saying that I had only gained 1lb when I hopped on the scales on
1st August - I think I had reached 10 stone 8lbs before I fell off the waggon and I am now 10 stone 9lbs. I really thought I had put on a lot more than that. My objective is to get below 10 and a half stone before the end of August at the very least! Then I can work on getting to 10 stone before Xmas. ( and ultimately 9 and a half stone by this time next year)

Good luck everyone for the month ahead.

hi
i really need to lose 5 stone :scared1:to be the top end of right weight for my height omg that sounds really bad and scary when i say it out loud, but to be honest i would be happy to lose 3 stone i was comfortable at that weight. so im aiming for 3 stone and then see how i feel.

good luck for this week :thumbsup2

Welcome back Kellie & Sarah - good luck with your weight losses!

And to everyone else, lets continue the hard work through August! Everyone's done fantastically so far this year, it's been an inspiration to watch you all hit targets, loose each week and also jump back to it when a gain occurs!

Fantastic effort everyone! :yay:

:lovestruccan i join in too?? please??
i have had quite a crap year, resulting in me having my gall bladder removed last week and having to let my tribe fly to eygpt without me, all of this is due to yo-yo dieting.
im now on a constant low fat diet for the rest of my life:eek:, and 1 complication of the removal is possible diabetes:scared1:
i have lost over a stone since it all "kicked off" 3 weeks ago, and now have to maintain that weight (im 12.2 now - at my heaviest i was 22 stone, see what i mean about yo-yo ing???)
i would like to get my BMI down to "normal" which means 16lbs to go for me...

as i am on a very restricted diet (again:rolleyes:) hopefully it will come off...
but i need all the help i can get:rotfl2:
tracy

much better thanks, im missing my family, never left them before for more than 1 night, even for school trips dh goes as an adult accompaigner, but some good came of this, they "allowed" me to book our 5th trip back, and we are staying in a dvc property, so who knows it may become "home"...;)
just concentrating on getting all my work done for the new school year before they get home.
xx

I have lost ....0.5 lb, not much but it's a loss at least :woohoo: I just don't think I am going to be like 'posh spice' in 3 weeks time :lmao: oh well.
