Directions to Trail's End

Hi, can anyone tell me how I would go about getting to Trail's End from Coronado Springs? Thanks!

Are you planning on taking Disney transportation or driving?

If you are going when the parks are open, I would do the following: Take the bus to MK and then take the resort launch from MK to Fort Wilderness. it is then just a short stroll from the dock to the restaurant.

We also got there one time by taking the bus, but it was confusing--I think we took a bus to Fort Wilderness, then took the internal bus to area near trails end.

Take the boat from MK. It's a nice boat ride and like NC says, it's a short walk from the boat dock to the Trails End (probably about 200 yards). If you wanted to use the bus system from Coronado you would bus to DTD, transfer to a FW bus and then at FW transfer to an internal Campground bus to get to the restaurant. The boat from MK is much more relaxing and easier too.

The restaurant is great! Good food which is probably the most reasonably priced meal at WDW. Every CM we've had for a server has been excellent.

I think it's a great choice. Before or After your meal, sit and relax on the porch of Crocketts Tavern next door. You might not want to leave!

Welcome Cindylee! I agree taking the bus from Coronado to the MK, then the boat to FW is the best & most enjoyable way to go! If you wanted to go there from a park (other than the MK), you could take the bus to the Contemporary & take the water launch from there to FW. Hope you enjoy Coronado, we will be staying there for the 3rd time in April!
