DirectAir to Lakeland?

We have booked round trip from Niagara Falls into Lakeland for our March trip. Has anyone ever flown into Lakeland and then taken their shuttle service to Disney? How smooth was it? ........or should I rent a car?

We are also flying Direct Air into Lakeland for our March trip(from Plattsburgh, NY). At this point, I have reserved a car from Budget in Lakeland to be turned in in Kissimmee--then we'll take the shuttle to the airport for our return flight. The Budget in Lakeland doesn't open early enough for our return flight. I haven't seen any reviews for that shuttle service but I'll keep searching.
