Speaking of, what are the chances I can pool hop into that carribbean beach pool![]()
Yes; my guide mentioned that when the last change in price came out.Read some reports they decided to add Magical Beginning to purchases of PVB.
Tells me they realize it needs something, if these are true.
It also means they don’t think they’ll have any problem with demand in renting those rooms for cash.Read some reports they decided to add Magical Beginning to purchases of PVB.

But they don't have to, they are happy to rent the inventory for cash. They would sell out much quicker if they'd lower the price![]()
For sureBut they don't have to, they are happy to rent the inventory for cash.
Clearly you're not a fan of RIV?? Have you stayed there? It a very nice Caribbean Beach area resort surrounded by other Moderates….![]()
Nope, I just enjoy shining a light though the pixie dustClearly you're not a fan of RIV?? Have you stayed there?
Restriction are terrible in my opinion, but other than that I think it is an awesome resort. And for my family that probably spends more time in Epcot and Hollywood the location is great. We own in 2 MK resorts and another close by, but always seem to want more RIV points not the other 3.
We can be haters on RIV together.Nope, I just enjoy shining a light though the pixie dust
TBH if every DVC resort except for Grand Cal and Aulani fell into the Ocean I probably wouldn’t notice except for the fact that the DVC Fan show wouldn’t have anything to talk about.
With that said, we’ll be at Boardwalk and Grand Floridian in a few days. We have a dinner reservation at Toppolinos as part of the trip.
I have not stayed at RIV but have visited.
I guess my issue is the skyliner is mostly tied to moderate resorts. The deluxe resorts let you walk to a park. That’s a huge advantage.
The RIV points chart is steep.
The way that we do Disney is lots of relaxing days, dining at restaurants we can walk to from our hotel, and walking into a park here or there for a little while. And now and then a bus ride or a drive into a park for a few hours.
RIV doesn’t check enough of those boxes for us. That said, we love toppolinos. For both breakfast and dinner.
I'm actually excited to take the skyliner to visit Carribbean beach on our next trip! I've never been there, some of the food looks good and I love exploring all of the hotels! To be fair Not all deluxe resorts give you walking access to the parks.
Not everyone is going to like every resort but we find RIV to be extremely relaxing and honestly, haven’t yet found being near CBR to be a negative.
To bring back to sales, it obvious that right now, buyers are choosing it, in spite of where it’s located and the restrictions.
Build a gondola to EPCOT and I promise I’ll never say another negative word….We can be haters on RIV together.
But I know it’s the right place for some people and some people love it. I can dislike while others like, and that’s fine too. It’s good there are so many choices. I just would like a few more walkable, non-restricted choices! Otherwise I will be a resale only owner forever.
Put Sebastian’s up there on your list. It’s the best food I’ve had at WDW.I'm actually excited to take the skyliner to visit Carribbean beach on our next trip! I've never been there, some of the food looks good and I love exploring all of the hotels!
Is that at carribbean?Put Sebastian’s up there on your list. It’s the best food I’ve had at WDW.
The view from Topolinos is good and terrible depending on which way you lookNope, I just enjoy shining a light though the pixie dust
