of riv didnt have restrictions, i’d of thought twice too. the ease of buying direct isnt bad. ended up going resale though

agreed. almost considered RIV but those resale restrictions are just to much for the possible what if situations.

July is risky with an October UY, but no one UY will work for it all. April UY works well for all of those months and is probably the ideal one if you can get it.
