Direct dining direct line steamed me wrong

I am at my 180 day mark today so I went online at 6am to make dining ressies. Unfortunately, I was never able to get past the list of available times to actually book. I called the number that connects directly to Disney a Dining at 7 am. Here's where it got strange. I told her I was within my 180 day mark. She said I couldn't book until 9am......huh? I told her I'd been booking for years and that was a new one. She was adamant. I hung up, called the regular a Disney info number, got through right away and got everything I wanted for 6 days. That's 2 Ohanas dinners, 2 Be Our Guest dinners, Teppen Edo, & San Angel Inn. (DH loves Ohanas and Be Our Guest so yes, we will be using all ressies.) I feel sorry for any newbie that gets that CM when they call.
 
Some food and wine events are booking today at 9. I am not sure if this CM messed up or if the line you called is waiting for 9.

We discussed the fact that I was within my 180 days and it I for the end of January, so that's way past when food and wine would fall.

So frustrating specially when you now you are right. Probably a newbie CM.
