Direct Add-on which years points would I get?

Thinking about a 50 point add-on to supplement our RVA contract. We have an April use year. If we bought right now would we get the 2020 points and would those be banked to 21? I think so but not sure and my search terms weren't successful.

I think direct you would get the 2020 points! Not sure if they would bank them for you, guessing they would.

Yes. They will bank points late for a direct purchase like that.

They'll bank them, but you have to call and request it, and unless something has changed, using the online chat feature won't work.

One of the perks of buying direct is that they allow you to bank beyond the deadline.

The other perk is that if you have borrowed points used in a reservation, they will allow you replace woth current UY or newly banked points and put the borrowed points back.

I know right now they see allowing it but direct buyers are given that courtesy for newly added points all the time.

When I brought BLT direct they banked them for me too.

Also have April UY. Purchased direct January 20th. Received 2020 points. Member Services banked them.

We bought direct in December, March UY. NO PROBLEM, points were banked into 2021.

Yes, I bought Riviera in January (February use year). The 2020 points were included and I just had to call to get them banked. They assured me that banking them would be a non-issue because they will not penalize you when you buy (normally they have to be banked before 10/1 for me). The biggest issue was getting through to member services and making it through the queue- lol.
