Dinosaur Ride??

If you have back or neck problems, this would be a ride to skip. It is very jerky with quick and sharp movements. Enjoyed by many for that very reason. I for one...

The only thing I have to add is that it is LOUD. Like, really LOUD! Made even worse when you get a car full of young girls who scream on the top of their lungs every time a dinosaur or something pops out at you, which seems to happen a lot!

It is very dark, and very, very bumpy. The dinosaurs do look quite fake to me, but if I go into my "believer" mode they are very realistic, lol. It was my favorite ride in the park until EE came along, and my favorite part is the very end.

We HATED this ride. We were the first ones on it the day we went to AK so they gave us a car to ourselves. It was horrible. I don't think we actually had our eyes open for more than a second or two. It was sooooo bumpy. VERY loud and intense. We were scared out of our minds.
We rode pretty much everything else and loved them all, but this ride was way too much for us. (me 28 and DS 8). We will probably NEVER do this ride again.
I am glad we did to say, yeah been there, done that. But it was a really bad way to start off the day!
But obviously to each his or her own!

The ride is rather jerky and in the dark while you are in a vehicle. You are hunting down a huge dinosaur and encounter other ones along the way.

I find Dinosaur very intense! When you look at the ride photos, you'll see lots of people ducking into other people's laps. Presumably they're at the park together, but not necessarily! I used to enjoy this ride most when I didn't ride because DD was frightened of it, so we'd hang out at the Dino Dig Site. Now that she likes it too, I'm out of luck. I've never been able to keep my eyes open the whole way through, and the children think that's hilarious. DS (now 13) and DD (now 10) both started liking it when they were 7.

It's one of those things you love or hate!
