Dinosaur/jurasic park

Ok this Im sure has been brought up before BUT I just noticed this!!! I was watching the movie Jurasic Park and it looks just like the entrance and inside of the Dinasour ride at Animal kingdom!!!

Really? The Jurrasic park ride at Universal matches the images in the movie too. It's more of a Splash Mountain type thing though. It's pretty fun.

And did you notice that when they enter the attraction Jurasic Park in the jeeps, the overhead sign looks exactly like the one when you drive up to Wilderness Lodge? When we were staying at WL, every time we'd drive under that sign, DS and DH would say "Welcome to Jurasic Park".

I wish the entire section of Dinoland could look more like Jurassic Park. I absolutely hate the corny carnival theme it has now! (No offense to anyone who does) It doesn't make sense to me, because it is so unDisney-like IMO. Its not magical, just hard to look at . However I do love the ride Dinosaur and can see what you mean in terms of similarities there, and the entrance to WL sounds pretty cool.

I totally agree with you about Dinoland! I just went back to AK for the 2nd time and the 1st time we were there the carnival Dinoland was not there. I was shocked and surprised to see it this year and didn't expect it! I just hate the carnival games and ride theme at any theme park! I don't like the carnival games that are just trying to make more money off of you. I can't stand it at our local theme park here, Carowinds, but atleast it fits. So...I was shocked and didn't like it at all to see it in WDW, especially at AK!
