Dinos, drive-ins or knives...

Hi! I'm new and I'm trying to think of a nice way to say dumb about Disney, but truly that is what I am. I have been booking meals willy nilly and now I'm totally overboard on table service credits. I have to cancel one (or maybe two...) of these:
- T-Rex for lunch
- Sci Fi for lunch
- Teppan Edo for lunch
- Kona for dinner

Which one? I have zilch experience. We are a family of 4, kids 7 & 10, husband is celiac and food and atmosphere are both important...but if I had to choose, it would be food #1.

I would nix T Rex because I would prefer to spend the day in the park rather than Downtown Disney

I'd say T-Rex or SciFi.

Personally I'd cancel T-Rex because I love the theming of SciFi. T-Rex is essentially Rainforest Cafe (Exact same food and all) with Dinosaurs. It doesn't feel very Disney to me.

However if you like both themes, Teppan is standard hibachi you can get in many places around the country,

I wouldn't cancel Kona. It's very tasty.

For us, the food at T-Rex was mediocre at best. If you're going with kids, let 'em peek in the gift shop and look around a bit, but I certainly wouldn't waste any DDP credits in there.

Yeah, cancel T-Rex and spend time in the Park. If you HAVE to, cancel Kona as well. It's not bad - but your kids will get bored.

since they echoed what i was thinking. I am going to cancel t-rex. Just stop in there if we're in Downtown Disney to peek around. I might cancel Kona but I'll wait a couple days before deciding that. We do have a Benihana in the area so maybe Teppan Edo will be ho hum.

Drop the downtown Disney one (Trex). It's pretty chaotic down there anyway.
