Dinning reservation booking window

Planning trip for Oct 2023, is the dinning reservation window 60 or 30 days? I read you can book those online but what time can you start booking? TIA

Is it 6am eastern or midnight Hawaiian? The time difference isn't constant because Hawaii doesn't observe daylight saving time.

Midnight Hawaiian. When I went in aug, I booked in July and I live in eastern time zone.

Do they send confirmation through email? Booked dining reservations at Makahiki this morning. But haven't received a confirmation email. Screen shot the reservation number.

I booked last week and no email. I called directly to make sure the reservations went through and they confirmed they had them. So screenshot is the thing to do...
