Will it be impossible to make reservation now for any of the restaurants at UR&H, Disney has 180 ADR, If I am lucky enough to get a reservation at the Portfino can we use the boat transportation to go over to CW?

I forgot to add it will be xmas wk. I was hoping to play it by ear if I could, hoping for a cancellation.

You should be just fine in getting a resevation, UO sites don't really start taking reservations until 30 days out and most times you can make them same day as well.

You can also use the boat transportation to get from PBR to CW without a problem.
