dinning and FP timing question

I live in CA and I can't remember what the times were on the west coast that you can book dinning and FP. I know that one of them opens at 7 a.m. eastern which is 4 western but I thought one opened at midnight which would be 9 my time. TIA for any help

FP is 7:00a ET, 4:00a PT.

Dining reservations:
Online: 6 AM Eastern time
Phone: 7 AM Eastern time

We're on the west coast as well so sometimes we just stay up until 3 AM to make the dining reservations.

Awesome thanks guys. I did it in 16 but couldn't remember exactly the time. I DO remember setting my alarm each day and getting up at 3 though cuz we went xmas week. We are going in January this time so hopefully I won't have to get up as early.
