I'm going to make my ps for my restaurants: Cindy's royal table, les chefs de france, boatwrights, flying fish, and california grill. What is a good time to make a ps? I was thinking eating around 6:30-7 but is it busy at that time. I've never done this so any help will be appreciated. I dont' mind eating a little earlier or later

The Official Guide to WDW says that the hours of 5 to 7 are the busiest times for dinner. That said, that is usually when we eat! So, you may have a wait time, and how long that will be probably changes with the time of year you are going. The summer months, or holidays, will have the longest wait time. I think the longest time it took us to be seated was 45 minutes at Tony's during a trip in June (or July, I can't really remember now!).
