Myself, DH, DS 11, DS11 and my mother
6/30 Alfredo's
My mother and I had Trittico di Pasta sampler: lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo and Gnocchi Pomodoro. The fettuccine Alfredo tasted like macaroni and cheese. It had a cheddar cheese taste. The 15 gnocchi didn't have much taste at all and the lasagna was mushy(1 1/2" x 2" in size). DH had Fettuccine ai Gamberoni Fra Diavola - jumbo shrimp with home made fettuccine noodles in a semi-spicy tomato and seafood bisque sauce. He picked out the shrimp and left the noodles. DS11 had kids chicken nuggets and DS7 had spaghetti. I tasted the spaghetti and didn't like the sauce at all. Dessert - we ordered 2 samplers which were good and Coppa Fragola - Cup of fresh strawberries served with lemon-basil sorbet which my DH said was good. DSs had chocolate mousse. We will not return here.
7/1 Hoop Dee Doo
Ribs were good, chicken had a good taste (I don't care for chicken on the bone w/skin), corn w/peppers, baked beans were ok. I asked for a piece of pizza for DS7. Show was absolutely great.
7/2 Fulton's
We started with 4 shrimp cocktails and a clam chowder. Myself and my mother ordered Surf & Turf (not on menu but suggested because we were on the Silver Plan), DH and DS11 ordered the fried shrimp, DS7 hamburger. Dessert we ordered cheesecake, key lime pie, creme brulle and ice cream. Food and service was excellent. They don't rush you so if you have other plans afaterwards allow ample time. Very expensive and would never have gone there without using the Silver Plan.
7/3 Mama Melrose Fantasmic Pkg.
Ordered from the regular menu. Started with Mozzarella and tomatoes, salad and a caesar salad. Myself and DS11 had chicken Parm, DH ordered Italian Sausage, mother ordered Veal Chop, DS7 pizza. Desserts. Everything was excellent.
7/4 Whispering Canyon
Ordered 2 nachos and 2 salads. I had Ribs, DH meatloaf, mother pasta dish, DS11 ribs and DS7 hot dog. Our food came before our salads. The food was very good but we were very rushed. There wasn't much fun going on. They did have the kids do the pony race.
7/5 Maya Grill
Started with shrimp cocktails. The shrimp were soft. Myself and DH ordered chicken breast. It was ok but a little dry. DS11 had chicken parm., DS7 had hamburger and mother had pork chops. Food was ok, but nothing special.
7/6 Yachtsman Steakhouse
Started with 3 shrimp cocktails and my mother had a salad. Myself and DS11 ordered surf and turf, DH ordered 22oz Kansas City steak, mother had rack of lamb and DS7 had a hamburger. Desserts. Food was very good.[
