Dinner with an Imagineer at Flying Fish was originally done as a pilot project for March and April. I've been calling at least once a week to see if it had been opened up for May. The last time I called was a week ago and the last available date was that day, April 20. Today I called and they've released dates in May (the 4th and 18th) but they're all booked up already! How is that even possible? It's not even listed on Disney's website yet that it's available for dinner at FF! (The website only lists lunch at Brown Derby.) Sigh. I really wanted to do it, but I don't know if I want to commit to missing most of an afternoon and eating at the Brown Derby. (We are planning to have dinner at Flying Fish one night anyway.)
