I know it is pushing it to probably even get in one at all this close to time...but I was just thinking about surprising my family by adding a dinner show to our upcoming June trip. There is my DD14, DS8, my Dh and myself. In our many trips we have never done any of the shows... so everything is fresh and new!
What would you suggest and why?
I am hoping to call and do this in the next few days...just weighing my options.
Pictures would be great as well.

TIA

Boys your son's age seem to love the Hoop De Doo Revue. I have seen it a couple of times and there have always been boys that age falling off their chairs laughing at the jokes and slapstick humor.

Hoop De Doo - IMO, one of the best dinner shows running anywhere and def the best on property. Tons of fun!

We've done the luau and this year we are doing HDDR. The luau was good, don't get me wrong, but I think we will enjoy HDDR much more.

Hi Neighbor...(Indiana girl here too)
If you dont mind me asking...why do you think you will like the HDDR better? Food? Show itself?

I'm going to call tomorrow and try my luck...Anyone know off hand do I need to pay for this upfront or is this just held on a credit card?

They charge the whole thing to your credit card (unless you are using the Dining Plan). Be sure and ask about discounts if you are an AP holder or DVC member.

Another vote for Hoop-dee-do. Time it right and you may be able to exit the show and do a hayride (the 9:30pm one) and see the fireworks from it. Check the schedules.....it's a beautiful thing when a plan comes together!:goodvibes

I tried and failed...But that is what I get for waiting until the last minute to decide to do this. Oh well...Maybe next time!
Thanks for the help tho!!!

Sorry I didn't respond sooner. I guess I wasn't paying close enough attention. Sorry you didn't get the ressie you wanted.

We are in Southern Indiana too. Evansville to be exact. (It doen't get much more Southern Indiana than that.)
