OK, you experienced DIS cruisers, I have a question for ya. I am sailing on the Magic Eastern 12//27/03. Which night do you think would be the best one to skip (dinner) to do Palo's? That is if I am lucky enough to get a ressie!

I usually try to skip the second night at AP. That is my least favorite restaurant. Although any night at Palo would be great! Try to get a time around sunset, it is gorgeous up there!:sunny:

I suggest going through your rotation once before going to Palo.

Beofre your cruise, take a look at the dinner menus for the remaining nights (after you've done one rotation), then pick the one you like the least, and go to Palo that night! Consider the theme for the evening as well as the menu - formal, tropical, etc.
Again, decide which theme you don't mind missing. Hopefully, the menu and theme you are willing to miss will be the same night! Otherwise, you just need to choose one and go! I doubt you'll regret your choice. Palo is a 'must-do' event on the cruise!!

Will I know my dinner rotation before my cruise. Will I receive that info when I get my docs?

That's a good question noseybuddy.

Is the dinner rotation listed when we receive our docs...or do we find out when we check in at the terminal?

You will find out your dinner rotation when you check in at the terminal. It will be on your KTTW card.
