Hi gang - isn't Friday afternoon the best time of the week??!! Just wanted to know - should I make any special dinner package reservations now (four weeks in advance) or should we wait till we get there? (i.e. Brown Derby/Fantasmic!, Polynesian Luau etc).

Here's some info. on making Priority Seating (PS) requests:

Dinner shows (Hoop De Doo and the Polynesian Luau) A credit card number guarantees your reservation, but you are not charged for it. Cost is $46.33 for adults and $23.78 for children and this includes tax and gratuity (Price is subject to change at any time)

120 days - All Resort restaurants, Animal Kingdom for Breakfastosaurus, Epcot, and MGM for Breakfast & Lunch

60 days - Magic Kingdom and MGM for Dinner

30 days - Animal Kingdom's Rainforest Café for Breakfast

7 days - Animal Kingdom's Rainforest Café for Lunch & Dinner, and Fantasmic Dinner Packages (call 407-WDW-DINE for information on participating MGM restaurants)

NOTES: For Cinderella's Royal Table you must start calling at 7:00 a.m. EST 60 days prior to the date you want to dine there. For example, for a December 4th PS, you would count backwards 60 days and you would call on October 5th. PLEASE NOTE: Historically, these reservations are fully booked by 7:15am, so be persistent!

For the Rainforest Cafes, be sure to strongly stipulate which location you want, Downtown Disney Marketplace or Animal Kingdom.

Hi

If you are sure about your itinerary, I think you should book in advance, you can still change once you get there. IMHO it's one less thing to worry about. ;)
