Dinner Reservations

Is it a good idea to book all my dinner reservations before I go?

We are thinking of going for the princess meal, Inventions and Cafe Mickey.

Also can I go in the evening for the princess meal or is it just lunch?

I prefer to book my meals before I go but unless you are going at a really busy time of year or have your heart set on certain times/dates you should be fine to leave booking until you arrive.

I think the Auberge is just lunch.
