:confused3 So i get to start reserving my dinner reservations in the next few weeks and i need some help. There are 8 people in our trip and we are planning to do alot together but i dont know if we want to have to many plans already made. We are booking Chef mickeys for breakfast and crystal palace. But we thought about going to coral reef and sci fi dine in and maybe ohanas. Do i really need to make all these reservations set in stone before we go? Is it worth it to always have a time to sit and eat. I just dont know what to do please help

For eight people, I would have reservations.

But you don't have to have them "set in stone". None of the three places you mentioned require prepayment so you can cancel them at any time without any hassles.

I really don't think there are many members on these boards who have actually gone to Disney World with the exact reservations they made 180 days out.

I would definitely make the reservations, all of them!! If you decide day of to switch, you can call and see if anything else is available (unlikely but possible), and if not, you can decide to cancel and eat CS, or stick with the original. But I would definitely make something if you're on DDP or want to have TS meals.
