Dinner reservations--How much time to get from RPR to PBH?

We are staying at RPR, but made reservations for dinner at Mama Della's in PBH at 6:30. How long will it take us to get to PBH? And I'm assuming we use the boats right??? We've never stayed on site, so I'm basically clueless!

would take about 30 mins walking to it, using the boats as long as there is a boat at RPR when you are leaving would not take more than 20 mins, by the time you get to the boat dock at Citywalk disembark and get on the boat to PBH.

Hi again Robert! Okay, another stupid question, if there isn't a boat to take us from RPR, would it be shorter to walk to PBH or to walk to Citywalk and from there take the boat to PBH??? Then again, there may not be a boat waiting at Citywalk either!!! Oh Lordy, this is getting confusing!

I must admit, I think the transportation system at Disney is better, but then again Disney is bigger. So I guess we'll go down (from our hotel) around 5:30 and wait for a boat --does that sound okay? I think I'd rather take the boat as walk.

Just give yourself time to get the boat at RPR and time to change at Citywalk for the boat to PBH. The boats depending on day and crowds vary in time that they come and go. Normally its about every 10 minutes between boats and I have see shorter in the summer. I would say allow 45-30 minutes so you do not feel rushed. Then if you get there early walk around and enjoy PBH alittle.

Forgot to add, Universal transportation is way better than Disney.

Yep, I'll leave about 45 minutes early just to make sure. I'm definitely wanting to look around PBH, it's one place I really couldn't afford to stay (am actually pushing my budget to stay at RPR), so I can at least look around and see how 'the other side lives'

If you get the boat at RPR ,there should be one to PBH when you get to the dock or it would only be minutes between them.
Like you said , go early and have a look around the PBH, and a couple of beers if you are early, the Villa Pool is really nice

This summer when we go we are going to PBH to look around since we never have. The pictures just don't appeal to us. We like RPR alot and like to pool at HRH with the pool side restraunt. But our heart is with RPR.
