Dinner reservations during Halloween party?

Is it even possible? I wanted to try and book the Blue Bayou for dinner on 9/30, but the latest rezzie they had listed was 3:40 (I snatched it up just in case). Are the restaurants open during the Halloween party? Should I just call them and ask? We have tickets to the HP for that night, so we will definitely have the wristbands... Help?!

Historically, the TS locations have not been open during MHP. The last reservation time is usually slated for two to three hours before the park is schedule to close to the general public to ensure that diners are finished before the party starts. You can try calling, but I would be very surprised if you were able to get a dining reservation for after 4:00 pm at the Blue Bayou.

Out of curiosity, why would you want to spend party time at a TS location?

OK, well, then I guess I don't need to call and ask then. I will just keep the late lunch/early dinner rezzie for that day then.

I don't think the table service restaurants are open during the party, which is why you are getting that as the latest time. I believe most of the CS places are open.
