What time should I make my dinner reservation for the night of MNSSHP? What time does it actually start and end? Thanks![]()

In the past we made a reservation at CP for around 5:00. They were seating people a bit late that night (it was quite busy, I'm sure because we went right on Halloween). I think we were out of the restaurant around 6:30. It was perfect timing. We headed over to get the girl's picture with Cinderella's carriage. They actually let people start with the pictures early that night because of the expected crowds (you had to have an arm band though to get in line since non-party goers were still in the park).

Off the subject, but is your name Maia? My daughter's name is Maia and spelled that way...and so far I have never come across anyone else who spells it that way. Many other ways though!![]()

This will be our first time and I'm thinking about a 4-5 pm ADR at Via Napoli then head over to the party. My priority is getting some rest before dinner so that we can make it to the last parade, don't know if that will happen!
Although I would enjoy getting pics at the M&Gs, I think my kids will only be interested in the trick-or-treating, rides, and dance party. My wants are the parade and Villian Mix and Mingle, but I wouldn't be surprised if the M&M gets nixed![]()
Eek, I don't think I'd want to make an ADR at EPCOT for dinner the night of the party. Figure at least an hour to get to the party. To me, it would be a little stressful. I think we are going to book the earliest (5:00) dinner at WCC, and then ride the boat over to the MK...but we've been several times before, so we don't need to be there at 4:00. We usually have an early (around 4:30ish ADR at Crystal Palace, but DH is Crystal Palaced out. It'd still my favorite place to eat before the party though!!

does anyone know what time the event ends? also what do you do with your costumes if you head right over to the MNSSHP? wear them to dinner? lol
Thanks for the heads-up on the timing! As it stands now, that would be fine.
Since the party doesn't start until 7, an hour would be ok since we won't be waiting in line to see characters. My kids would absolutely view the ride on the monorail or boat to be part of the fun and they're the impatient ones. The bus would be a different story if the other options were down for some reason. I figured monorail to TTC then take the ferry over if it's nice out. Aaaaaah, I'm relaxing just thinking about it. I'm not too worried about getting there after 7pm...it will be close enough. My now 4 yr old is an ogre while waiting in line for his turn for something he WANTS to do, I can't imagine what the result would be when he isn't interested in the destination
We have no need to be in the park at 4pm. We'll be there the day before and probably another morning after the party. Besides, I'm really looking forward to this PIZZA! I'm having a hard time fitting it in to the other park days with F&W offerings available.
It's all about what the family is interested in doing. Lines for characters? Not on the list for us. But, this is our first visit and it's unrealistic to fit everything into a week.
Our plan is not set in stone, though. The preferences and ability to wait may change for my kids. If that's the case, then I'll change things around.
