Dinner/ Ohana's/ Christmas

We are planning on being in WDW right after Thanksgiving. We would like to be able to watch the fireworks from Ohana's. What time would you recommend that we ask for our dining reservation? Also I am interested in what time most of you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I realize we will not be able to make the actual reservation until 90 days out but as my sister says I am a fanatic planner--- especially when visiting WDW. Thanks for any advice you can give.

I'm afraid you will not be able to know what time to make dinner reservations until the park hours for November and/or December are posted. Fireworks times are not the same every night.

I feel as if we will be eating all the time and it is helpful to know how to space the 3 meals out with the DDP.
