Dinner menus the same or different?

It's been almost 4 years since our first DC and after reading different posts here, I am wondering about the dinner menus and dress. I remember that each of the 3 dining rooms had thier own menu. That's why you went to each one. The last night was a repeat of the first dining room and that night all 3 rooms had the same menu. I also thought you dressed according to which dining room you were in (ie Tritons was formal and the other 2 casual). I know the repeat night has changed since then, but here are my questions:

1. Do you now dress according to the day regaurdless of which dining room you're in?

2. Is the menu the same in each dining room on any given day (I know PN menu is the same).

Any recent cruisers that can help me??? I've looked at the many websites with menus, but the ones I've seen are not very recent.

I don't know how it is NOW but I cruised the Magic in May and they were "experimenting" and the menu was the same in every restaurant every night. It was a "best of" with favorites from every restaurant. You still dress according to the restaurant. I don't know if this idea STUCK.
