Dinner in Epcot

I am spending the first evening (dining at Le Cellier) and the next day at Epcot. We have ADR in Norway for breakfast. I am hoping to take my little one back for a nap in the afternoon but am stumped as to what to do for dinner that eveing. Not sure if we should eat back at Epcot. If so where? I don't want to do another formal sit down. As an alternative, I thought about eating at our resort (Coronado Spings). Any suggestions? It will be a long day that day and I know she will never make a long sit down dinner at that time of day even with a nap.

there is a character dinner in the land if u are interested and also a non-character meal in the living seas



this is off topic but if u get hot while in epcot there is a coke igloo somewhere and it is air conditioned and u get free samples of cokes from other countries

Another for the pepper market. We did not like the TS resaurant at CSR I think it was the Myan gril?
