Dinner in a park

Is there away to go into a park just for dinner without having to use a full day on your pass? Our first night at Disney we want to go to Epcot just for dinner, but of course we do not want to use a whole day on our hopper pass? This wasn't able to be done in the past, just wondered if maybe this changed?

No, I don't think that it's possible. All of the parks (to the best of my knowledge) charge a full day's admission regardless of when you come in.
