It's hilarious. He had to go on a scavenger hunt to get clues before he could start the dinner. I kept trying to give him directions but he couldn't hear me. It's Robert Irvine on this episode so it must be a rerun.

I'm in the background in a couple of the shots! We had to get there early for our Keys to the Kingdom tour, and got to watch him film the opening. You see our tour group when he's walking up Main Street towards the castle--we're a bit behind him. It was my 5.6 seconds of fame I'll be honest, I was slightly more interested in watching the filming, than learning about Main Street!

I think you catch a glimpse of our group at some point in Adventureland too, but I can't totally remember.

We saw this several months ago and the Disney people seemd less up to the challenge than Robert. They kept dropping the ball.

I really do miss Robert Irvine. I think that his personality made the show.

Eh, I don't freak out about ADR's. It would be a great title for a trip report, though, wouldn't it?

bekkiz: I wondered who those people were. The park looked empty but you'd see a few people here and there.

Humphrey Bear: I prefer Robert Irvine, too. I don't watch it with the other guy.

I believe Robert made some "slight exaggerations" on his application resume and Food Network opted to non renew him. I thought that the premise of the show is good, but it was not executed well at WDW.Either that or the editing made it look a lot worse than it as.
