Dinner for 7 at Yachtsman How Long?

I just noticed the night we are eating at Yachtsman HS is open till Midnight. We have 8:55 reservations. There will be 7 of us. Not that I want to rush this enjoyable meal, but what are the chances of eating and then going to HS? How long would a table service meal take?

Signature restaurant meals average about 2 hours. We've dined at Yachtsman 5 times and I don't think we've ever been out in less than 2 hours.
