Dinner During Halloween Party

So I was told by reservations that none of the sit down reservation dining places are open during the party.

But I forgot to ask, are the counter service places open?

I made a 4:50 PM reservation at Cafe Orleans but I am wondering if I should just go counter service a bit later.

It has been reported in a couple of threads that sit-down restaurants will be closed, but counter-service restaurants will be open. Not sure if that means *all* of the CS. But you'll find some food to purchase at the party
