Dinner Dance Theme/Spain

Every year DDs school has their annual fundraising dinner dance and every year a different country is highlighted. This year the country is Spain. I need some ideas for the event. I'm waiting on estimates from some Flamenco Dance companies, maybe they can come in during the cocktail hour to perform. I've contacted the Tourism Office of Spain and they are sending me some posters. I've looked up their flag, and the color of their flag will be our colors for decorations.

What are some other cool things we can do to add to the Spanish flair? TIA
