OK everyone....what's for dinner tonight? If you haven't thought about it yet nows the time in case you have to defrost something!

Tonight for us is Spaghetti and meatballs, spinach and rolls.

Can I get thru lunch first?

Actually I was thinking of making tostadas/burritos tonight. We'll see.

The home made chicken soup I made yesterday with rolls and salad.

Chicken parm. I made the gravy Sunday, along with the meatballs. I'll make some macaroni for the side, some bread and a salad.

My MIL calls her spaghettie sauce GRAVY too!
I didn't know what she meant when she first said it LOL

DH and DS are having veal and chicken scallopini, I'll just have the veges that go along with it. I have to stop at the store and get some fresh mushrooms. I always have to go get something, never fails:rolleyes:

I'm working tonight so it will either be spaghetti or frozen pizza.

Ahhhh! I get it.

Gravy = Spaghetti Sauce
Macaroni = Pasta

:D

We're having Cheesy Potato Chowder, made with last night's leftover AuGratins, and Ham & Cheese Paninis. Heart attack on a plate. I guess I should throw in a green salad too.

Wednesday is pasta night at my parents house. I have the sauce and meatballs cooking now and my house stinks of garlic. ;)

We're having egg scrambles and turkey bacon tonight. The rest of the week my Dh will be cooking so it will be either take out or chili dogs or homemade burgers.

Sorry to confuse you. I'm Italian, growing up it was always gravy so I forget that not everyone knows what I am talking about.

From one Italian to another, I knew what you meant by gravy. Do you put boiled eggs in your red gravy? I love them!

I'm half Italian. But we always called it sauce. Because "gravy" comes from meat drippings and sauce is something cooked, usually fruit, and tomatoes are a fruit.

We're having steak and french fries.

I never tried that. It actually sounds kind of gross LOL, but I might have to give it a try someday.
