Dinner: California Grill or Narcoossees?

narcoossees. Have you considered Citricos? Better than cg and narcoossees.

That would be my suggestion as well if you are open to more choices.

We tried both restaurants on our honeymoon 3 years ago and preferred California Grill. We had much better food and service there. Our view of the fireworks was nicer at Cali Grill, too, although our table at Narcoosees wasn't bad. They are both nice places, though, and I am sure you'll enjoy whichever you choose!

Hands down......NARCOOSSEES!! We love it!! Citricos is great too. We dont dislike Cali Grill, just really prefer Narcoossees

We ate at 9 signature restaurants during our stay in August, including California Grill and Narcoosee, and excluding Victoria and Albert (which was aaaaamazing but in a different league and price bracket), California Grill was the best signature restaurant we experienced in our time at the world. The main dining room itself is amazing, with the massive windows overlook MK, the food was the best on property (again excluding V&A), we were lucky and secured windows seating, which the staff were more then happy to let us stay at until after the fireworks and the wait staff were outstanding.
On the other hand, we found Narcoosee barley reached signature dining level. It was a lot of little things, the restaurant itself did not have a wow factor, the uniforms that the staff wore would have been at home in a little bistro in your home town and although the food was nice, it wasn't to the same quality or variety of the CG. Overlooking the lagoon, it felt like you could have been in any of thousands of places around the country, where as overlooking MK meant that you got all of the joy at being on property, without the hassles of the crowd and noise

We ate at Narcoossee's during our honeymoon and weren't at all impressed.

narcoossee's. its much smaller and intimate, and the service there is top notch. the food is out of this world amazingly good too! California grill was loud and -except for the sushi- the food was horrible. our server wouldn't allow me to make any changes to my meal, because the dining plan didn't allow it, according to her. strangely enough, I had made the same changes the night before at yachtsmen... neither my boyfriend or I even finished our meal because the food wasn't good.
