Dinner before Illuminations on Feb 20

I am looking at popping over to Epcot after spending the AM and early afternoon at AK, for dinner and to see Illuminations, the only night it *really* works for week with my current plan. (Doing the Princess 5k, and between Wishes and SWGS)

I am considering 9 Dragons or something? I am just not sure when to book and where to book....
