Dinner at Yachtsman

right now i have reservations for right when Yachtsman opens or for around 1 at le cellier. am i better off sticking with yachtsman? last time we ate at le cellier we waited an hour after our ADR to get a seat. we also have reservations at Minnie's Halloween Dine and i know they serve all day so they will likely run behind which is fine. We have reservations for 1900 park fare at 4 for dinner how long can we expect to spend there? Thank you
