Dinner at MK

I want to have Pinocchio Village Haus for dinner when we go. But since we're having a carriage ride at 7, I don't see it pausible to eat there until Extra Magic Hours. Is it open then?

Last summer we stayed for evening EMH at MK, and Pinocchio Village Haus is where we picked up our EMH wrist bands. The restaurant was not open at that time.
