I know AK closes kind of early but planning ahead for a trip in December and hoping to do the Rivers of Light thing - is Flame Tree BBQ open late enough that you could reasonably have dinner there and is the food all dried out by then? Or will having a nighttime show change the whole dynamic of evening in the park?
