Hiya guys.:wave2:

We are planning a full day at MK with an early Breakfast ADR at Crystal Palace, can anybody suggest a good restaurant for evening dinner at possibly a neighbouring Hotel.

We already have ressies for Chef Mickey, CG and LTT on a different day.

We are a family of 6 been my Dh and I and four children under 6.:laundy:

Your advise is most appreciated.

Many Thanks

Kona and Ohana are both wonderful and at the Polynesian, near the MK. Ohana would be more fun for the kids as they have limbo and coconut races. Kona does not have any type of entertainment, but the food is great. Check out allearsnet.com to see menus and reviews.

Have a great trip!

I have to agree Kona or Ohana both would be great choices! I would go with Ohana though for the atmosphere.

Go over to Wilderness Lodge for Whispering Canyon? Kids tend to love this place, too.

This is my vote... Take the boat from the MK to the Wilderness Lodge and have a fun meal at the Whispering Canyon Cafe...The atmosphere is very family-friendly and fun... The food is not fancy and is very simple... The menu is small... But the food is very good and the place is great

Kona and Ohana at the Polynesian, with Ohana having a more kid-oriented atmosphere with coconut races :goodvibes. And Wispering Canyon at the Wilderness Lodge.....good food and fun atmosphere for both kids and adults:yay:

I would go over to WL to Whispering Canyon as well. It's a fun restaurant for kids and the lobby of the hotel is beautiful!!! You can take a boat from the MK directly to WL. They also have boats from CR to WL.

They have choice of entrees or a family "all you can eat" skillet with lots of BBQ food. There's a table with lincol logs in the waiting area for the kids to play with, the CMs are usually alot of fun and joke around. At times during the meal all the kids gather and they give them stick horses to "ride" around the restaurant.

I've always enjoyed this restaurant and the food is good. In fact my last MK day on my trip in Sept. I'm having breakfast at Chef Mickey's and Dinner at WC. It's a great excuse to go the the WL - definately one of my most fav-or-ite resorts.
