Since we've just now started planning our vacation, how likely would it be to get a l,d, or b with any of the princesses? We're not 180 days, but 103. I know my girls would love eating in the castle, but if I called, what is the probability of getting a seat?

Maybe not cindy's castle ..but who knows you can try!
Be flexible with Cindys castle...
We never miss at least 1 meal there as my DD is a Cinderella groupie.
Call first thing in the morning and give her your entire week stay and ask her if she can get you in at anytime during those dates. If she CAN than plan your MK day for the day you eat at Cindys castle :rotfl:
I do think the breakfast and lunch is better there as the princesses come to your table. Dinner is different and no autograph and its a show.

With your girls, try and get 1900 park fare for dinner. It is also cindy but from what I have heard the step sisters are hysterical!

As I said, the only one you may have trouble with is cindy's castle if you make your ressies ASAP.

so there are other places other than the castle to dine with the princesses? My girls have been cinderella for halloween, oh, about 5 years in a row now.

Yes. Cinderella's Gala Feast @ 1900 Park Fare in the GF has Cindy, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine, and the Stepsisters. Great entertainment, the Stepsisters were a riot.
Akershus in Norway @ Epcot. Usually there is about 5 different Princesses there. No show, they come to your table take pictures and sign autographs. The Princesses change. When we were there for dinner we saw: Cinderella, Belle, Jasmine, Ariel, & Aurora.

I just called to see about reservations. Cindy's castle was booked for the entire trip, but they said to keep calling back. I did make ressies for the princess storybook dining. I'm not too sure about the traditional food yet, but its all about seeing the princesses for my girls anyhow. It's for may 1st at 4:50. Not too bad.

What are some other places I should call for reservations?

We had lunch at Norway with the princesses. It was deleicious and fun!

If princesses are really important(and with my DD7, they are!) I would consider doing the Princess Storybook meal at Akershus(Norway) for more than one meal. The breakfast is typical American fare, and while lunch and dinner are more traditional Norwegian selections, they also have a cold buffet to pick from. I am not a very adventurous eater, yet I have been pleased with every meal I have had there.

The princesses do rotate, so you could see different ones at different meals. I really think you get a great "bang for your buck" so to speak with the number of princesses that you visit during the course of one meal(5) at Akershus compared to other character meals. We also have done 1900 Park Fare, although it is a beautiful setting and the buffet offered a lot of choices, you really only see one princess(Cinderella) along with Prince Charming, a couple mice(not on the buffet :rotfl:) and the Fairy Godmother.

If you have your heart set on CRT, keep trying, but I would suggest making Akershus and/or others just as a back-up plan.

Good luck and have fun planning!!!:goodvibes

We love the lunch with Princesses at Akershus, and we're not adventurous eaters. My kids get pizza there. The salmon is good, as is a dish that is like American meatloaf and mashed potatoes - it's something like kottjakle or something like that. The princesses are great there - both times we had lunch there, Cinderella was there instead of Snow White. We ended up seeing Snow White in Germany later in the day.

The princesses in Norway is a great choice, but Cinderella might not be there. The princesses rotate.

We just did 1900 Park Fare with Cinderella, Prince Charming, Stepmother and the Stepsisters. The stepsisters are a hoot. They were hysterical. I love this place. DD5 wants me to take her there next trip. I would book there, too.

Just keep calling....when I booked our trip, only dinner at CRT was available. I called about 48 hours before our dinner and was able to swap it with a breakfast on the same day. It was at 8:05am which was awesome as the park was not open yet and we were able to get some amazing pics before heading into CRT....plus of course we got the added benefit of having more princesses at breakfast vs. dinner....so just keep trying even up to the end:goodvibes
