Is Crystal Palace the only place to have a character meal with the gang from the 100 Acre Wood?

Last year Pooh and Tigger were at breakfast at 1900 Parkfare. I'm pretty sure they are still there along with Alice, the Madhatter and Marry Poppins. It's always been our favorite breakfast.

No characters are guanteed at any breakfast, but I don't think CP has ever not had the gang there. You have a greater risk of Pooh or Tigger not being at PF (Pooh was a miss for us in Dec).
