Dining with kids

We are just about ready to book a 3 night Wonder cruise and have just a few questions left. How long does it take to eat dinner? I'm not concerned about DD6 sitting through dinner, but I wonder how DS3 will do. We really would like to eat dinner every night as a family, but don't know how long DS will sit nicely at dinner.

Also, how long do the shows last after dinner?

Shows are less than an hour.

Dinner can take 1-2 hours depending on how long you like to sit. If your servers know that you like to eat a bit more quickly, they will speed up the process for you. Early seating usually goes more quickly that late.

My DD3 did o.k. at dinner. The servers were great at entertaining her. She did get a little antsy toward the end. She was also so tired that she fell asleep two or three times at dinner on our 7 day (early seating).
