Dining with infants

We have twins that will be 4 month olds and a 2 year old. We are having brunch at ohana. Im pretty sure there is a no stroller policy there.
So what do parents do in that situation?

I’m guessing you have to take them out in their car seat and carry it. Is that accurate?

granted this was precovid but we found very few places had infant highchairs or highchairs that could hold carseats. we only had 1 infant with our large party of 14 so we shared holding duties. make sure you count all 2 little one on your ressie. no table service allowed stroller in. one place that I did see a stroller in stroller had to be under table to the handle, so sleeping child was under table and parent really could not see child. we had dinner a Ohana no chairs there. not sure where you would place carseats other than on a chair and not sure how that would work without a belt to hold seat to chair. this is one place to be sure to count all littles on ressie. we were seated together as a group of 14 ahead of group of 6 plus infant who had not counted infant. they had waited quite awhile past their ressie time to be seated. mother was still complaining most of meal as they were seated close to us that they had pushed tables together for our big group while they waited. we had counted our little one.
